1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Servicios Cerca, which operates the Fontanero Cerca service on reparar.servicioscerca.es. Contact for any privacy question: info@servicioscerca.es.
What Fontanero Cerca is. Fontanero Cerca is a referral service, not a plumbing or electrical company. Servicios Cerca works as an affiliate of independent plumbing and electrical contractors. When you call us, we pass your request to one of these contractors as a lead so they can contact you and do the job. The contractors pay us for these leads. We do not carry out any plumbing or electrical work and do not employ the tradespeople who do it.
2. What data we collect
- When you call: your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, your town or address, and the problem you describe. Calls are only recorded if this is announced at the start of the call.
- When you visit the website: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and Google Ads click identifiers. Analytics and advertising data is only collected if you accept those cookies.
- When you email us: your email address and what you write.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
4. Who receives your data
- Partner plumbing and electrical contractors. The contractor we connect you with receives your phone number, location and description of the problem. From that moment it acts as an independent data controller and its own privacy policy applies to the work it does for you.
- Service providers working for us: telephony and call-tracking provider, website hosting, email.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC) for analytics and advertising, only with your consent.
- Authorities, courts or advisors when the law requires it.
We do not sell your data to anyone outside this referral process.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some of our providers (for example Google) may process data outside the European Union. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Call records and lead data: up to 24 months, to bill partners and handle claims. Then deleted.
- Call recordings, if any: up to 90 days.
- Cookie data: see the cookie policy.
- Invoices and accounting records: as long as tax law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time with the cookie settings tool on this site, without affecting earlier processing. Write to info@servicioscerca.es; we answer within one month.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
8. Minors
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
